What is abdominal pain?

                    * Abdominal pain is a common ailment. Most of the time it will seem harmless. However, it can be a symptom of some serious illnesses.


Causes of Abdominal Pain:

                     * Gastric or peptic ulcer: It is the only food which can cure gastric ulcer most effectively. Abdominal pain may occur.


                   * If there is pain in the upper abdomen, it may be due to gastric ulcer or gastritis.


                  * If you have abdominal pain only at night, it is due to intestinal worms.


Ways to prevent abdominal pain:

                      * Stomach pain can be prevented by eating foods at short intervals rather than overeating at the same time.


                      * Chew the food well. This will help you to digest food faster and lose weight. Eating fast can affect all the functions in the body and cause pain.


                     * Eat the right amount of food and drink plenty of water.


                    * Fill a glass bottle with hot water, wrap it with a cloth and apply a poultice to the stomach for all stomach aches, including peptic ulcer and menstruation.


                   * If there is gastritis or indigestion, there may be sour belching, nausea, vomiting, bloating with abdominal pain.


Prevention methods for abdominal pain:

                  * Abdominal pain often manifests itself when the digestive power is reduced.


                  * At least 250 ml after pain. If you drink a lot of water, the pain caused by indigestion will be cured.


                 * Drink soft water, unleavened buttermilk, cold water or soft drinks.
